LIVERSE CO., LTD. processes personal data of AI SELECTOR users as described below.
This English text is a reference translation. The Korean version governs.
1. What we collect
Account: email address and authentication provider identifier.
Usage records: timestamp, model, provider, token counts and amount for each call; the credit ledger.
BYOK keys: stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM when you register them. The decrypted value exists only in memory at call time and is never displayed again.
2. Prompts and responses
The Company does not store the content of your prompts or the model’s responses. Metering keeps token counts and amounts, not the text.
Requests are, however, transmitted to the AI provider that serves them, and that provider’s data policy also applies.
3. Purpose
Providing the Service and settling charges, detecting abuse, responding to incidents and improving the Service.
4. Retention
Account data is kept until you close the account and destroyed without undue delay thereafter.
Usage records and the credit ledger are retained for the period required by applicable law for settlement and dispute handling.
5. Sharing and processors
The Company does not sell personal data. To serve a request, its content is transmitted to the AI provider you selected (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Perplexity, OpenRouter and others).
Infrastructure providers may process data on the Company’s behalf for hosting and database operation.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of your personal data. BYOK keys can be deleted from the console at any time.
