Terms of Service

This document is a draft pending legal review and may be replaced by a final version.

AI SELECTOR (aiselector.net, the "Service") is a unified AI API gateway operated by LIVERSE CO., LTD. (the "Company"). These terms govern use of the Service.

This English text is a reference translation. The Korean version governs.

1. What the Service does

The Service routes requests to models operated by third-party AI providers through a single OpenAI-compatible endpoint. The Company does not build the models; each response is generated by the respective provider.

The Company provides routing, fallback, usage metering and billing. If you register your own provider key (BYOK), those calls run on your key and the Company adds no markup.

2. Accounts and API keys

An API key is shown once at creation. The Company stores only a one-way hash and cannot recover the original. A lost key can only be replaced.

You are responsible for keeping your key secret. Calls made with a leaked key, and their charges, are your responsibility; you can revoke a key from the console at any time.

3. Charges and prepaid credit

Usage is deducted from prepaid credit. Each call is charged at "underlying cost × (1 + markup)", debited after the response token counts are known.

If your balance is below the estimated maximum cost of the next call, that call is rejected with HTTP 402. Because debiting happens after the response, a balance may briefly go negative; that amount is settled against your next top-up.

BYOK calls are not debited — you pay the provider directly.

Trial credit granted at signup is one-time, non-refundable and non-transferable.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service unlawfully, to infringe the rights of others, in violation of any upstream provider’s policies, or to disrupt the Service through excessive automated traffic.

The Company may suspend a key without prior notice upon a confirmed violation; whether remaining credit is refunded depends on the nature of the violation.

5. Limitation of liability

The Service does not warrant the accuracy or fitness of AI output. You must apply your own judgement and verification before relying on it.

The Company will give reasonable notice of interruptions or price changes caused by upstream providers but is not liable for indirect losses arising from them.

6. Changes to these terms

The Company may amend these terms and will publish changes on this page. Changes unfavourable to pricing take effect no earlier than 30 days after notice.

7. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
